Swiss Dance Days
2–6 February, 2022
Basel, Switzerland
In 2021 the Swiss Dance Days had to be cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. Organizers are all the more pleased to announce that the next Swiss Dance Days will take place from February 2 to 6, 2022, once again in Basel. This international platform of Swiss dance will be organized by the following partners: junges theater basel, Kaserne Basel, ROXY Birsfelden, Neues Theater, Theater Basel, Vorstadttheater Basel and Reso –Dance Network Switzerland.
Among approximately 150 pieces premiered since 2019, the jury has selected twelve remarkable Swiss dance productions. A special focus is on several powerful works from the younger generation of Swiss choreographers. Programme can be found here.
Tanzplattform Deutschland (Dance Platform Germany)
16–20 March, 2022
Berlin, Germany
The next edition of Tanzplattform Deutschland (Dance Platform Germany) will take place in March 2022. The festival will gather current and noteworthy perspectives from within the fields of dance and choreography in Berlin. An independent jury will select around 12 productions for the 2022 programme. Eligible are productions realised between September 2019 and December 2021. Besides HAU Hebbel am Ufer, jury members include the journalist and researcher Arlette-Louise Ndakoze, dramaturg Matthias Quabbe, culture journalist and theatre critic Melanie Suchy, and scientist, cultural activist and dramaturge Ana Vujanović.

Czech Dance Platform

The Czech Dance Platform, which presents the most interesting performances produced on the Czech dance scene every year, is popular not only with the public, but primarily with domestic and international professionals. The Platform is a great opportunity for networking, as it encourages close international and national contacts and subsequent collaboration.
Each year, the Programming Council made up of independent dance professionals (critics, curators, producers, artists and others) selects around 10 of the most interesting performances from the past year. More information can be found on CDP website.
Bulgarian Dance Platform
11—14 May, 2022
Sofia, Bulgaria
The third Bulgarian Dance Platform is part of the #15 edition of the Antistatic Sofia International Festival for contemporary dance and performance. Organizers invite public to see a collection of 14 choreographic works performed by selected independent dance artists, who are exploring the boundaries of choreography and movement and aim to challenge aesthetics and forms. Baltic Dance Platform
19—21 May, 2022
Tallinn, Estonia
The second Baltic Dance Platform will be hosted by the Estonian contemporary dance platform Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava on May 19-21, 2022 in Tallinn. Baltic Dance Platform platform is an event, curated by three Baltic states, where Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian new dance works are presented, and artists meet with performing art experts from all around the world. Ice Hot Nordic Dance Platform

Ice Hot Nordic Dance Platform presents both emerging and established names of Nordic contemporary dance and choreography to professionals from all over the world. The artistic programme of Ice Hot Helsinki 2022 consists of more than 20 performances on stage and 15 More More More pitch presentations. The internationale tanzmesse nrw

Düsseldorf, Germany
The internationale tanzmesse nrw is organised by nrw landesbuero tanz and is the largest professional meeting for contemporary dance. As a forum for exchange, knowledge transfer and networking, the Tanzmesse is an important meeting place for international dance creators. Every two years at the end of August, up to 2,000 international exhibitors and visitors come together in Düsseldorf to present a broad spectrum of aesthetic expression and artistic practices.
